Position: Executive Secretary
1- Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
2- Prepare reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
3- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and distribute them as needed.
4- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
5- Attend meetings to record minutes and ensure all essential documentation is communicated.
1- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and/or French.
2- Experience: Minimum of 6 years as a secretary or in a similar role.
3- Technical Skills: Solid computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and other essential software.
