As a Customer Service Representative at FEEL22, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and will play a pivotal role in resolving inquiries, providing information, and delivering exceptional service.
· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat.
· Provide accurate and timely information about our products.
· Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management.
· Listen actively to customer concerns and complaints, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
· Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a customer-centric culture.
· Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response times.
· Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
· Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mind-set.
· Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
· Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
· Beauty/ Fashion Industry experience is a plus
